Please include the email address you use on Lumka, the link to the page or Episode you are asking about, and a short description of the issue. For purchase questions, include your order ID if you have it.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your personal information, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

Report content or copyright

To report copyright infringement, content that depicts a real person without their permission, suspected underage content or anything else that breaks our Terms of Service, email [email protected] with the link to the content and the reason for your report. Copyright notices should include the details listed in our Terms.
